Learner & guardian details — the student email becomes the student's login.
Resource / curriculum — AHSD, CAPS, GED, SAT prep, Parent led, or the assistance option (next guide).
Support Tier — the family sees the live tier names + monthly prices (pulled from your Financials pricing, so keep those current!) and picks the tier they're interested in, or “Not sure yet — please advise me”. This is an expression of interest only — nothing is charged, and activation still assigns the real subscription.
Legal & consent — all four policies must be actively ticked.
Submit — it lands in the admissions queue, showing their tier interest (e.g. Tier interest: independent or needs advice) so you know how to open the conversation.
